You think you have problems with your surroundings? Me too!
Think of your problems. Then, times it with 2. That's how much my problem is. Probably.
I really need your cooperation and contribution. Not much, just do your part!
Please, be professional. Let us work together and think of solutions. Give opinions. Tell me what do you think? What do you feel? We're team mates here. Think us as an orchestra group. Even if I'm the conductor, but you guys are the one that make that beautiful sound. Together we create beautiful and harmony songs.
