I have a great morning walk with a friend today. I'm not excercise-type-of-person but I just want to sweat! Feels like my body is heavy ( memang pun) as well as my brain. For the past week, I seems to be more lazy, distracted and lack of focus! And indeed I feel better after that. I've read an article about how sweating can make you smart! Physical exertions can renew old connection between neurons and forge new one. Thus, making your neurons network denser and better in processing and storing those tonnes of notes you have read!
After 2 blocks of jogging (and walking), playing hide and seek with the KOR Suksis ppl, we headed to have our Roti Canai (no wonder tak kurus-kurus -.-) and as the table talk running, listening to your story which was like nothing but a Hallmark Movie to me but despite all that, you're an inspirational. You are nothing like the person I knew back in our 1st semester. You've changed! You've grown! You've become stronger! MashaAllah~
I dedicate this ayah in surah Al-Baqarah;
The challenges and obstacles that we face from Allah swt might be different but it is according to our ability. We just have to be strong and never give up on His Mercy as behind every challenges and obstacles, experience and lessons are hidden.
You have me reflect on my life and be nothing but Thankful to Allah swt, be industrious on my studies and make my family proud of me. Thank you my friend for that reflection. And for you my friend, I pray that you will continue to be patience and put your trust to Allah and never ever give up on His Mercy.
