a short visit to Kelantan International Wau Festival 2012

Assalamualaikum wbt.

Yesterday we went to Kelantan International Wau Festival at Pantai Genting, Tumpat. It's just near Pantai Seri Tujoh, my favourite beach here in Kelantan.

We went there by Van Pak Li as it is much cheaper since there are 7 of us. The roads to Tumpat were familiar as I've been there twice. First during my first year participating Bengkel Sosioekonomi and the second one was with my xoxo geng and yana and her siblings for picnic. Both were a great moments i must say.

Some-more, the weather isn't compromising at all. 

It rains heavily and all of them touches the ground.

That's the end of our short visit to The international wau festival. If only we got a car and it isn't raining, we might stay until night for the Lighting wau competition. Hey! it's better than staying at the hostel watching movie kan.. Just to kill some time before our voluntary vet next week. Can't wait! I wanna go home and meet my parent!

what's next to look forward? Bachok Beach festival and Kelantan International Water Festival! Wee~ In the meantime, just enjoy your free time Lot. It doesn't come often. :)

21 years old Siti Shakinna Chu

Assalamualaikum wbt

Today is my birthday. I have live exactly 21 years in this world. Thank you Allah for creating me. Thank you mummy and daddy for bringing me up in this world. Hopefully, more bread and butter will I received this year and years to come. I hope for a better health. I hope I won't carry more than I can hold and live a peaceful and tranquil life. Most importantly, I hope for a better me. A better muslimah to be exact and chance for me to be a devoted daughter, give back to my mummy and daddy.

Dear mum and dad, thank you for the upbringing and the strength that you lend me. You guys are the most precious property I ever own in this world. Thank you for raising me for the past 21 years old.

21 years as Siti Shakinna Chu was indeed an amazing experience second to none. There is bitterness on my left hand yet sweetness on the right. Thank you Allah, for the blessing of longevity up till now. 

P/S: Thank you akmal, chichi uppa and afiq for their 'sentuhan kreatif' on this teddy. Hahaha. Thank you pammie, intan and tay for the teddy. I was exhausted (Padahal duduk je pon time Explovet! :P) so I hit the sack early, they wake me up at 0000 hrs and on me was this teddy bear. I am 21 years old and I've a teddy bear at last. Heart you guys! :D

Why wait for the weekend to have fun?

Why wait for the weekend to have fun? Unfortunately, I have to wait coz weekdays are meant for studying, do assignments, reports, revision.. As if I've done all of these myself. All I do is just procastinating. Today was great! we went for a talk session at primary school about our cat campaign. It is basically aimed to educate the youngster about pet ownership responsibilities. I'll blog about it soon. See, I procastinating blogging again. =,=

Last weekend had been great. What i meant by great is preoccupied. Thursday evening, Friday and saturday are all celebrated in different places. I love when my life like this. :))

It's been nothing but hectic week.

Yep, it's been hectic but i love it. the tensed, stress, packed schedule. It made me occupied. It made me not to think about something that don't deserve to be think about.


My sophomore year starts vigorously. That's all i can say. Start our first class with anatomy. Seriously tak ingat berapa ingat histo yang lepas. So, macam dapat brain shock ni. Then got lab from 2pm-5pm. I seriously don't like microscope. It gave me headaches!! fuhh~ Thank God I'm in a group where they all kinda love and know how to operate this thingy. I'm sure its gonna be a long sem for anatomy this sem. Huhu. Then, suddenly we were asked to hand in our practical report today before 5.30 pm. What the.. Padahal our Practical mentor said to hand it in at 12 july. I honestly still got plenty to do. Tu lah yang kelam kabut tu. Naa~ padam mukaks ko lot. Buat kerja last minit lagi.. tau la ko pernah study d KML. (get it ka? Kerja Minit Last=Kolej Matrikulasi Labuan)

yerr, i shouldn't complain bah this. haish. Ditambah lagi dengan meeting yang hampir setiap malam diadakan. I really really need better time management. Day 2 was for our seminar at IPKB. It's our first time using the IPKB's DK. But we manage it anyway. hisk. The presentation went well. Honestly, i think Ulu lepar perform the best! (jangan marah ye XD) coz our slide got plenty of piccas hence less boring! hahaha..

For ruminant production, i enjoyed our farm visit very much! we'd visit a dairy farm. Just a small one but we learned a lot! From the management, breeds, and most importantly how the milking process is done! IT IS FUN FUN MOMENTS!! I enjoyed milking the cows and drink fresh milk from the udder. *yummy*

We came across into 2 cow that suffer wounds because of his horn, and the other is an arthritis. 

So, pity these two.

They should cut the horn ASAP coz the wound getting deeper and deeper.

And that arthritis calf is so cute and manja. He loves me belai belai him and keep licking my hand. 

I thought he tired, that's why he dont wanna stand, rupanya dia sakit.

Seeedih~ the VA said its because of navel infection that he kena arthritis. SO PITY!!!

Majlis perlantikan Sekretariat MPP pun sudah dilangsungkan. Diharap selepas ni semua kerja pimpinan akan berjalan dengan lebih lancar. Amiin. Malam tu juga sambut birthday Kak Zu sekali. We'd done some pranks. Hampir nangis Kak Zu.. Hehe,, Sorry Kak Zu, birthday sekali je setahun.. Hiks. Btw, HAPPY SWEET 21!! Jange lupo ngundi deh ^__*

Celebrate Pammie's belated birthday. HAHAHA.. So many things happened that night. Kami sewa kereta, then kereta tu mati, nasib baik depan petronas. Bongek punya tukang sewa, isi la minyak sikit pun jadilah. Went to KB Mall for PC Fair,  I bought External Hard disk (500 GB) for RM239 and laptop skin for RM16 pun got many freebies. Dapat Keyboard pad, earphone and laptop cleaning tools. So, berbaloi baloi lah.

Kek sedap, banyak lilin, dapat free makan.. I loikeee~ ^^

Expo, beaches makes us HAPPY

Pammie, Chichi Uppa, Pakcik Teng, Abe Akmal ,GBS (ain, laili, ainnul,syakira, Shidah and yanti) and ME went to Expo Pertanian held in Kota Bahru's Stadium. It was FUN!!! Awal-awal lagi dah rasa excited yang teramat. We spend almost the whole day playing around the expo. HAHAHA. But a lil dissappointed at first FAMA tak buka gerai yang bayar RM2.50, then boleh makan durian and other fruits sepuas-puasnya macam last year. Huhu. After rongeng-rongeng kat expo pertanian, kami beralih pula kat expo penternakan. There's so many types of COW and GOAT!! From Brahman, to saneen, to limousine, to jamnapari, then to i forgot already.. Hehe.. There's petting zoo area. Pet shop! Cute Bengal cats and rabbits! OMG.. Puas sangat2. Then got Booth Sarang burung Walit aka burung layang-layang. Chia bought 1 small bottle of Bird nest juice cost him RM10.00. Gosh. I'd taste it. Quite OK lah. At least i dont puke. LOL. But i do mean it, It taste good.


Next after expo penternakan, we went to pesta buku near the library. At first, it was BORING! seriously!! There's not much books sold except novel, novel and bunch og UPSR,PMR and SPM excercise books. If i still took any of these exams, sure I'll be excited. Instead of hunting books, we do silly pose and faces to vanish our boredom. After penat melayan keboringan, kami pun keluar. Waiting at the stalls near exit door, came Akmal carrying a plastic of book. Then he show us the 'kamus istilah veterinar'. Kami pun apa lagi, all pump out eager to go in again. Tapi akibat malas mahu jalan pergi main door, kami mengharap belas kasihan abang Guard yang sengal tak mahu bagi kami masuk dari Exit door. Bengek tol!! >.< Padahal, tempat secondhand books tu dekat je dengan exit door. HAish. Kenapalah kami tak pusing betul2 dewan tu. Penat kami argue dengan abang guard tu. At last, mengalah juga, masuk ikut main door balik. Sibuk mencari Used and old veterinary books. But, HAMPA. Kami tak jumpa pun buku Akmal tu. Dah habis. Huhu. I got 3 books, Epidemiologi veterinar, Panduan Bakteriologi Klinikal and Parasitologi Veterinar. At least adalah jugak kan. Lagipun I spent only RM3 for these 3 books. Indeed, very very CHEAP!
Next pit stop is Pantai Pak Mat. Pantai yang sangat sunyi, plus bahaya. Penghakisan berlaku. Macam di langgar Tsunami ni. Cepat-cepat kami blah dari tempat tu. Then we decided to got to Pantai Sabak (Dasar).. Nice.. At least got stalls to lepak-lepak. ngee~ We eat Bihun Sup and ABC. I LIKEEEEEYYY~!
It was a very very Fun day. All of us felt HAPPY and relieve. Lately we were feeling a little weary but going to the beach flew all the problems away. Plus, never going out with GBS and Abe Akmal before, this gives us opportunity to know each other more! Ngee~ I LOVE going out with you guys. Memang 1 kepala lah.
LOVE IT! Shall we go out again next time???
